Began ice hockey at five with Spartak before moving to Dynamo at eight.
Defensively strong blueliner with good size (192 cm, 88 kg).
He played only in lower leagues before Vladimir Krikunov brought him to Neftekhimik in 2009.
Won the Gagarin Cup in 2015 as the champion of the KHL.
He missed two full seasons after a 2017 injury before a comeback in Swedish second level.
He even worked as a dish washer and waiter at that time.

Il a commencé le hockey sur glace à 5 ans au Spartak avait de rejoindre le Dynamo à 8 ans.
Défensivement solide à la ligne bleue, avec un gabarit intéressant (192 cm, 88 kg).
Vainqueur de la coupe Gagarine 2015 de champion KHL avec le SKA Saint-Pétersbourg.
Une blessure grave en 2017 le contraint à deux saisons blanches avant qu'il ne revienne en deuxième division en Suède. Il a même travaillé comme serveur à cette époque après avoir fait la plonge.
