Pretty short and compact defenseman. Solid hitter who didn’t shy away from the physical play. Known as a good shot blocker. Had a good shot from the point.
Won Guldpucken as the best player in Sweden 1965. Could also play as a forward.
At the 1960 Olympics he was the spare defenseman, but when Lars Björn got injured he stepped in admirably. Also nicknamed ”Blomman” (The Flower).
Worked with Västra Frölunda after his playing career.
While he was an active player he worked as a trustee for a housing company.

Défenseur plutôt petit et trapu. Solide à la charge, il ne craignait pas le jeu physique. Connu pour être un bon bloqueur de lancers. Il possédait un tir puissant.
Il remporta la Guldpucken du meilleur joueur suédois en 1965. Il pouvait également jouer en attaque.
Lors des Jeux de 1960 il était défenseur remplaçant, mais quand Lars Björn s'est blessé, il l'a admirablement remplacé. Egalement surnommé "Blomman" (La fleur).
Il a travaillé pour le Västra Frölunda après sa carrière de joueur.
En marge de sa carrière de joueur, il était administrateur pour une agence immobilière.
