Hard working player with good leadership qualities.
North American style of playing, going straight on goal when creating chances.
Fine skater with a nice wrist shot.
Good at reading plays and decently strong with and without the puck.
Played the majority of his career with Kloten.
In November 2011 he had head surgery after having been diagnosed with a tumor around a brainnerve.
After one year of rehab he returned back to hockey.
Both his father and brother also played in the NLA.
Represented Switzerland 135 times, scoring 63 points (27+36).

Bon patineur possédant un tir du poignet efficace.
Sa lecture du jeu est une force, tant dans son jeu avec que sans le palet.
Il joua la majeure partie de sa carrière à Kloten.
En novembre 2011 il a subi une opération cérébrale après un diagnostic de tumeur au cerveau.
Il revint au hockey après une année de soins.
Son père comme son frère jouèrent tous deux en LNA.
