A workhorse who can harass the puck carriers all over the ice. Strong and competitive in board battles. Agressive on the forecheck. His game is more based on effort than on skill. Very good right-handed shot though.
Son of a policeman. Started ice hockey at four. At eight he wrote this wish at school: "I have a dream to play in the NHL for the Detroit Red Wings and then give money to the needy and to hospitals."
Lost his front teeth when he was a junior, but not when playing hockey. NCAA champion 2022 with the University of Denver, wearing a distinctive mullet at the time.

Un bourreau de travail qui harcèle le porteur du palet sur toute la patinoire. Un compétiteur agressif à l'échec-avant qui ressort souvent gagnant des batailles pour le palet. Son jeu se fonde plus sur l'effort que sur le palet, mais son tir de la droite est redoutable.
Fils d'un policier, il a commendé le hockey sur glace à 4 ans. À 8 ans il écrivit ce souhait sur son cahier d'écolier : "Je rêve de jouer un jour en NHL pour les Red Wings de Détroit et de donner ensuite l'argent aux nécessiteux et aux hôpitaux."
Il a perdu ses dents de devant en junior, mais pas en jouant au hockey. Champion NCAA 2022 avec l'Université de Denver, il se distinguait à cette époque par sa coupe mulet.
