Small offensive minded winger with good instincts. Gritty for his size.
Quick skater and good playmaker. Responsible defensively.
Only his small size kept him away from having a solid NHL career.
Had a good college career and in 2015 he won the John B. Sollenberger Trophy as the top scorer in the AHL.
He also won the Les Cunningham Award as the MVP in the league.
Never caught on in the NHL, being part of the Los Angeles Kings and New Jersey Devils organizations.
Moved to Europe and the KHL in 2016, playing in Finland for Jokerit.
In 2022 he signed a contract in Switzerland.

Petit ailier à l'esprit offensif avec un bon instinct. Accrocheur pour sa taille.
Patineur rapide et bon créateur. Il prend sa responsabilité défensive.
Sa petite taille est sans doute l'unique empêchement qu'il aura eu à une solide carrière en NHL.
Sa carrière universitaire fut bonne et il remporta en 2015 le trophée John B. Sollenberger du meilleur marqueur AHL.
Il remporta également le trophée Les Cunningham de MVP de la ligue.
Il n'a jamais obtenu une place régulière en NHL, alors qu'il fut présent dans les organisations des Kings de Los Angeles et des Devils de New Jersey.
Il est donc parti en Europe et atterrit en KHL en 2016, jouant en Finlande pour le Jokerit.
En 2022 il signa un contrat en Suisse.
