Never appeared in any of the World Championship games, and was only used as a backup. Played with number 16 during the European tour and played sparingly.
Passed away days short of his 96th birthday. Was the last surviving member of the 1938 World Championship team.

Remplaçant, il n'a finalement disputé aucune rencontre de championnat du monde. Portait le numéro 16 durant la tournée européenne à laquelle il fut invité à participer et au cours de laquelle il a très peu joué.
Disparu à quelques jours de son 96e anniversaire. Il était alors le dernier survivant de l'équipe canadienne envoyée aux championnats du monde 1938.
