Born in Austria where his father, Robert Burakovsky, an ex-NHL’er played.
Offensively gifted player with great speed, hands and goal-scoring instincts.
Considered to be a game-breaking talent. Used on all three forward positions.
NHL-sized frame although he had to bulk up considerably when coming out of juniors.
Stanley Cup champion with Washington (2018) and Colorado (2022). Able to play well in good teams.

Joueur doué offensivement avec une excellente vitesse, de bonnes mains et un instinct de buteur.
Considéré comme un talent capable de renverser les rencontres. Utilisé dans toutes les positions d'attaque.
D'un bon gabarit pour la NHL bien qu'il ait dû considérablement le renforcer lorsqu'il est sorti des juniors.
Double vainqueur de la Coupe Stanley avec Washington (2018) et Colorado (2022), capable de bien figurer dans de bonnes équipes.
