Before coming to North America he worked half-time as a carpenter.
Hardworking forward primarily known for his great defensive skills.
Good player along the boards and an excellent penalty killer as well.
Had a very good on-ice awareness at all times.
Type of player who was well appreciated by his coaches and teammates.
Hampered by a bad knee which eventually forced him to retire on March 31, 2012.
Went on to coach in hockey. NHL totals: 613-91-159-250

Avant de partir en Amérique du nord, il travaillait à mi-temps comme charpentier.
Attaquant travailleur d'abord connu pour ses grandes capacités défensives.
Avait une très bonne conscience du jeu à tout moment.
Type de joueur très apprécié de ses entraîneurs et coéquipiers.
Entravé par un genou récalcitrant qui l'a finalement forcé à prendre sa retraite le 31 mars 2012.
A ensuite coaché dans le hockey.
