He played hockey for RKS Marymont Warszawa (1926-1931), Legia Warsawa (1931-1936), Warszawianka (1936-1939), LKS Lodz (1945-1948) before returning back to Legia Warszawa (1949-1952).
He won two Polish championships with Legia in 1933 and 1951. He also finished as the runner-up in the championship on three occasions.
Between 1934 and 1936 he represented Poland 9 times. His main asset was his shot.
After his retirement he went on to coach Legia to a championship.
Glowacki was also an excellent football player, being active between 1926 and 1939.
He played league football and was a goalkeeper.
Between 1952 and 1955 he was involved with the Polish national team in football as a coach.
He continued coaching in football until 1968.

Il a joué au hockey pour le RKS Marymont Varsovie (1926-1931), le Legia Varsovie (1931-36), Warszawianka (1936-39), le LKS Lodz (1945-48) avant de retourner au Legia (1949-52).
Deux fois champion de Pologne avec le Legia en 1933 et 1951. Il a aussi fini vice-champion 3 fois.
Entre 1934 et 1936, il comppte 9 sélections en équipe de Pologne. Son principal atout était son tir.
Après sa retraite de hockeyeur, il mène le Legia à un nouveau titre en tant qu’entraîneur.
Il fut également un excellent joueur de football, actif en tant que gardien entre 1926 et 1939.
Sélectionneur de l’équipe de Pologne de foot de 1952 à 1955, il a entraîné au football jusqu’en 1968.
