Hot tempered goaltender with a good hockey sense. Played well positionally. Represented Sweden 31 times. Retired in 1968 but made one-game comebacks in 1968/69 and 1971/72.
Worked within the Leksands IF organization after his playing career and coached the team to three consecutive league titles (1973, 1974, 1975). Also worked as an assistant coach for the Swedish national team.
Passed away after a short illness in 1987.

Caractère bien trempé chez ce gardien tout en anticipation et en positionnement, qui honora 31 sélections pour la Tre Kronor et, après sa retraite en 1968, revint en 1968-69 et en 1971-72 pour un match à chaque fois.
Devint ensuite entraîneur du Leksands IF qu'il guida vers trois titres consécutifs de champion de Suède (1973, 1974, 1975). Egalement assistant dans le staff de l'équipe nationale suédoise.
Décédé en 1987 d'une brutale maladie.
