Son of Constantin Lindenbergs [1867-1929] and Elvire Tantow [1876-1940].
Physically a small player.
Was also an excellent goalkeeper in football who represented Latvia in that sport once vs Estonia 1929 (1-4 loss).
He played his club football for Riga Vanderer.
First played bandy hockey for several teams before becoming an ice hockey player.
In ice hockey he was a three-time Latvian champion with Unions Riga. He was the fastest skater in this club.
Passed away after 1947 in Germany.
One of his brothers, Fridrichs [1907-1973] was a football player, and one son, Armin [b.1948] became a sports journalist in New Zealand.

Joueur petit physiquement.
Excellent gardien de but au football, qui connut une sélection dans ce sport pour une défaite 1-4 contre l'Estonie en 1929.
Son club de football était le Vanderer de Riga.
Il joua d'abord pour plusieurs équipes de bandy avant de devenir joueur de hockey sur glace.
Au hockey, il remporta trois titres de champion de Lettonie avec l'Union Riga (1931, 1932, 1933), dont il était le joueur le plus rapide.
Il est décédé après 1947 en Allemagne.
L'un de ses frères, Fridrichs [1907-1973] fut également joueur de football, et l'un de ses fils, Armin [né en 1948] devint journaliste sportif en Nouvelle-Zélande.
