Good sized goaltender with an excellent butterfly style and tough to beat down low.
Very good lateral ability, playing big in his net even in butterfly.
Very controlled in his movements. Played three years of junior hockey in Canada.
In 2011 he was awarded the OHL’s F.W. Dinty" Moore Trophy, given to the rookie goaltender with the best goals-against average.
The following season he attended Ottawa Senators camp. Played some games in the AHL and ECHL before moving back to the Czech Republic.

Gardien de bonne taille avec un excellent style papillon, difficile à battre à ras glace.
Très bons déplacements latéraux, couvrant bien toute sa cage même en papillon. Très bonne maîtrise dans ses mouvements.
Il joua trois ans en junior au Canada en OHL. En 2011 il reçut le trophée F.W. "Dinty" Moore du gardien débutant avec la plus faible moyenne de buts encaissés.
La saison suivante il prit part au camp d'entraînement des Sénateurs d'Ottawa. Il joua quelques matchs en AHL et ECHL avant de retourner en République Tchèque.
