Rather small-sized defenseman.
Learnt ice hockey in Dunkerque with the same team as the Rozenthal twins, Maurice and François.
Got to see his childhood idol Wayne Gretzky first hand when they both competed at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano.
French champion in 1999 with Amiens. He came back to his hometown club Dunkerque in 2003 and became captain.

Défenseur de taille assez petite (175 cm).
Il a grandi à Dunkerque dans la même génération que les jumeaux Rozenthal, Maurice and François. Ils furent tous trois champions de France en benjamins, minimes puis cadets.
Il a pu voir son idole d'enfance Wayne Gretzky quand ils ont tous deux participé aux Jeux olympiques 1998 de Nagano.
Champion de France 1999 avec Amiens. Il est revenu dans son club formateur Dunkerque en 2003 et y est devenu capitaine.
