Small and offensively talented player with outstanding skating ability. Had good vision and anticipation. Was equally good at scoring goals as well as setting them up.
Played in his hometown of Regina until 1948. After that he played for six different teams in six years, before settling down with Penticton. Scored 657 (360+297) career points in 685 games.
He retired from competitive hockey in 1960 but continued playing in the local commercial league around Penticton. He worked at local firms in Penticton such as Atco and Okanagan Manufacturing.
Passed away after a lengthy illness at Summerland Seniors Village.

Attaquant de petite taille mais remarquable par son patinage et ses dons techniques. Son flair le rendait aussi efficace pour inscrire des buts que pour les assister.
Resta à Regina, sa ville natale, jusqu'à ses 21 ans avant de connaître six clubs en six ans et se fixer à nouveau, cette fois-ci à Penticton. 657 points (360+297) en 685 matches officiels.
Prit du recul avec la compétition en 1960 mais il poursuivit le hockey dans une ligue corporative de la zone de Penticton, où il fut notamment l'employé d'Atco ou d'Okanagan Manufacturing.
Décéda à 87 ans d'une longue maladie au Summerland Seniors Village, où il résidait.
