Good skater who formed a dangerous line with the Incze brothers in Târgu-Mures. Won the Romanian Championship in 1950 with Târgu-Mures and described the joy of winning in an article published in "Sportul Popular".
"800 friends were waiting for us at the platform when we arrived with the train. In the light of torches the Mayor thanked us and said that the entire city was proud of us winning the title and we received numerous telegrams congratulating us."
Dr.Ferenc Fenke was married to actress Tanai Bella [1930-2017].
He also played hockey alongside his younger brother Lajos (Istvan) who later moved to South America. They became Romanian champions together with Miercurea Ciuc in 1957.

Bon patineur aligné dans son club de Târgu-Mures avec les frères Incze pour former un bloc redoutable. Il décrivit ainsi dans le journal "Sportul Popular" les festivités qui suivirent la conquête en 1950 du championnat de Roumanie, justement avec Târgu Mures.
"À notre descente du train, 800 amis nous attendaient sur le quai de la gare de Târgu Mures. À la lumière des flambeaux, le maire nous adressa ses remerciements et exprima la fierté ressentie par tous les citoyens de la ville, dont les nombreux télégrammes reçus après ce titre étaient la meilleure preuve."
Le Docteur Ferenc Fenke était marié à l'actrice Tanai Bella [1930-2017].
Il a aussi joué au hockey avec son jeune frère Lajos (Istvan) qui a ensuite déménagé en Amérique du Sud. Ils ont été champions de Roumanie avec Miercurea Ciuc en 1957.
