Good overall athlete who played at the highest level in bandy, football and ice hockey.
He wasn’t particular big at 173 cm (5-8) and 63 kg (138 lbs) bus was well conditioned.
Useful player who was a fiery competitor. Never gave up and always battled to the finish.
Was an electrician by trade. Grew up idolizing Per Kaufeldt, a former Swedish National Team player.
Was one of the first Swedish players to use weights in the gym for his training.
Was the captain when AIK as the first Swedish team travelled to Russia in 1953, playing the Soviets.
Went on to coach in ice hockey up until the 1990s.
Coached the Swedish Junior National Team and the B-Team.

Sportif polyvaleent qui a joué au plus haut niveau en bandy, en football et en hockey.
Il n'était pas particulièrement impressionnant (1m73 et 63 kg) mais avait une bonne condition physique.
Joueur utile et compétiteur fougueux. N'abandonnait jamais et se battait jusqu'à la fin.
Électricien de formation. Son idole de jeunesse était Per Kaufeldt, un ancien joueur de l’équipe nationale suédoise.
L'un des premiers joueurs suédois à utiliser des poids pour s'entraîner.
Capitaine de l'AIK, première équipe suédoise à voyager en Russie en 1953 pour affronter les Soviétiques.
Entraîneur jusque dans les années 1990. Il a entraîné l'équipe nationale junior et l'équipe B.
