Like many Japanese players during this time period he was a small but fast forward.
He formed the top line on the national team together with Toshihiko Shoji and Kiyoshi Kitagawa.
During the European tour in 1930 he scored goals against Germany, Czechoslovakia and Austria.
Then he joined Oji Tomakomai paper mill company team and won 1932 All-Japan Championships.

Comme beaucoup de joueurs japonais de cette époque, c'était un attaquant petit mais rapide.
Il formait la première ligne de l'équipe nationale avec Toshihiko Shoji et Kiyoshi Kitagawa.
Pendant la tournée européenne de 1930 il a marqué des buts contre l'Allemagne, la Tchécoslovaquie et l'Autriche.
Il a ensuite rejoint l'équipe de l'entreprise papetière Oji de Tomakomai et a remporté le championnat du Japon 1932.
