Inconsistent winger who in one game looked great on the ice, to being invisible in the next game. Not a very fast skater but pretty good in front of the goal with the ability to finish off plays. Useful on powerplays. Defensively responsible.
He had to postpone his wedding with "Miss Eurosport 1997" Ivana Horváthová three weeks later (from May 2 to May 23) when he got his only call to the 1998 World Champships. He had two good chances in his two first games and was mainly benched until the end of the tournament.
Drafted in the NHL by New York Rangers 1994. Won four Slovakian league titles. Aside from playing in Slovakia, he played in other countries. Played six seasons in the Czech Republic, Finland (1), Russia (1), Austria (1) and Poland (1). Played his last national team game in 2002/03 and retired in 2015.

Ailier beaucoup trop irrégulier, il pouvait briller un jour et disparaître le lendemain. Efficace devant le but, ce qui compensait une certaine lenteur dans le patinage. Employé en supériorité numérique, il n'oubliait pas ses tâches défensives pour autant.
Il avait programmé son mariage en mai 1998 avec la "Miss Eurosport 1997" Ivana Horváthová mais dut le reporter de trois emaines -du 2 au 23 maui) lorsqu'il obtint son unique nomination aux championnats du monde. Il manqua deux bonnes occasions dans les deux premières rencontres puis passa surtout le reste du tournoi sur le banc comme remplaçant.
Drafté par les Rangers en 1994, il a remporté quatre titres de champion de Slovaquie et passé une dizaine de saisons à l'étranger. Six chez les voisins tchèques puis une chacune en Finlande, en Russie, en Autriche (en quatrième division le temps de sept rencontres) et en Pologne.
Il a joué son dernier match en équipe nationale en 2002/03 et a quitté les patinoires en 2015, au moment d'atteindre les 40 ans.
