His father Claude Lecomte coached OHC Viry for a while.
Won the Trophée Jean-Pierre Graff in 1983/84 as the best young French player.
Was about to fly to Japan as French U20 captain in 1985 when he was called into senior team instead of injured Franck Ganis.
French champion with the Français Volants in 1989 and with Amiens in 1999.
Best French-born-and-raised goalscorer in French elite league history : 340 goals in 635 games.
Retired in 2000. Went on to work as a sales manager in Caen for the Prévoir insurance group.

Retraité en 2000, il devient responsable d'équipe commerciale pour le groupe d'assurances Prévoir à Caen.
