Neither big (180 cm, 82 kg) nor flashy. Reliable player in all three zones. Excellent hockey sense.
A knack for clutch goals because of his ability to put himself in position to deliver his deadly shot.
World junior champion 2014. Swedish champion and CHL winner in 2016 with Frölunda.
Stanley Cup finalist 2021 with the Montreal Canadiens. Champion 2022 with the Colorado Avalanche after being traded in March because the Habs wanted to rebuild. In both years he had scored the series-winning overtime goal in the semifinals.

Son père Ismo était un hockeyeur professionnel, devenu entraîneur et commentateur de télévision.
Ni grand (180 cm, 82 kg) ni spectactulaire, Artturi Lehkonen est fiable dans les trois zones avec un sens du hockey développé.
Il a le don pour marquer des buts importants parce qu'il sait se placer pour déclencher son tir redoutable.
Champion du monde junior 2014. Champion de Suède et d'Europe en 2016 with Frölunda.
Finaliste de la Coupe Stanley en 2021 avec les Canadiens de Montréal, puis vainqueur en 2022 avec l'Avalanche du Colorado où il a été échangé en mars dans le cadre de la "reconstruction" des Habs. Au cours de ces deux années, il a marqué à chaque fois le but de qualification en prolongation lors des demi-finales.
