Lorenc had played before the war in lower competitions.
It wasn’t until 1919 that he got noted when he played for Česká Sportovní Společnost.
He then came to AC Slavia Praha where he got to play on the same line as the up and coming star Josef Maleček.
Thanks to his fine skating he could compete at an advanced age.
He came in as a replacement for Valentin "Vilém" Loos in the game vs Switzerland at the 1925 European Championships.
Retired in 1926 and became a referee well into the 1930s.

Lorenc jouait avant-guerre dans des compétitions mineures.
Il ne fut pas repéré avant 1919 où il apparut comme joueur du Česká Sportovní Společnost.
Il rejoignit ensuite l'AC Slavia Prague où il joua sur la même ligne que la future star Josef Maleček.
Sa qualité de patinage lui permit de rester compétitif même à un âge avancé.
Il apparut comme remplaçant de Valentin "Vilém" Loos à l'occasion du match contre la Suisse durant les Championnats d'Europe de 1925.
Retraité en 1926, devenu arbitre durant les années 1930.
