Younger brother of Josef Loos who also played hockey on the national team.
Son of Frantisek Loos [1858–1911], a butcher and Barbora Linhartova [1863–].
One of the best goal scorers in Czechoslovakia during the 1920s.
Had a hard and rather accurate shot. Was seen as a bit of an unpolished player in his days.
He drew the ire of many opponents with his rambunctious playing style.
Played one minute in goal during the 1927 European Championships when Jan Peka got a penalty.
Was a bank clerk in civilian life. Passed away of a heart attack.
His birth name was Valentin but he was often called Vilém in newspapers.

Frère cadet de Josef Loos qui fut également international.
Fils de Frantisek Loos [1858–1911], boucher, et Barbora Linhartova [1863–].
L'un des meilleurs buteurs de Tchécoslovaquie dans les années 1920.
Il possédait un lancer puissant. Il était considéré comme un joueur au style pas très poli à son époque.
Il attirait la colère de nombreux adversaires par son jeu perturbateur.
Il joua une minute dans les cages à l'occasion de l'Euro 1927 quand Jan Peka fut pénalisé.
Employé de banque dans la vie civile. Décédé des suites du crise cardiaque.
Son prénom de naissance était Valentin mais il était souvent appelé Vilém dans les journaux.
