He won the Allan Cup in 1954, the World Championships in 1955, another Allan Cup in 1956 and then in 1957 he was an All-Star in the British league.
He spent the last seven years playing in England and Austria. Retired in 1964.
Passed away of cancer at Peacehaven, Sussex, England.
