Six-time Norwegian champion 1982, 1985, 1987, 1988, 1991 et 1992 with VIF.
When he was still a player, he owned a taxi in Oslo.
After he retired in 1997, he also became a hockey coach with Norwegian national team : he assisted Leif Boork with A-team (from 1999 to 2001) and was the main coach for Under-18 team (from 2002 to 2004) and Norwegian women team (from 2013 to 2015).

Parallèlement à sa carrière de joueur, il gagnait aussi sa vie comme propriétaire de taxi à Oslo.
Après sa retraite en 1997, il a été entraîneur pour les équipes de Norvège : assistant-coach de Leif Boork en équipe A (de 1999 à 2001), puis entraîneur principal des moins de 18 ans (de 2002 à 2004) et des féminines (de 2013 à 2015).
