Suspended one year from Norway national team because he drank a beer in the stands during 2023 World Championships.

Défenseur de grand gabarit (191 cm, 95 kg) avec d'excellents instincts et une bonne compréhension du jeu, mais un patinage moyen.
Il sait neutraliser les attaquants en les chargeant de près et gagner les duels dans les bandes. Lourd lancer.
Il a quitté la Norvège pour l'Amérique du Nord à 16 ans. Choisi au cinquième tour de la draft NHL 2020 par les Blue Jackets de Columbus.
Une bière bue dans les tribunes pendant le Mondial 2023 lui a valu un an de suspension de l'équipe nationale.
