Was a forward early on. Scored two goals in the deciding junior championship game in 1972 for Furuset IF.
Known to be an entertainer on the ice who came up with the most odd moves imaginable.
In a league game 1984 at home against Stjernen he was all alone in front of an empty net with 12 seconds left of the game. As he got the puck he lay down on the ice and scored with his nose, of course the crowd went wild after that stunt.
Won Gullpucken as Norways best ice hockey player in 1984.
Finished his career in Division 2 with Follo in 1993.
Went on to coach Vålerenga IF in 1994. Represented Norway 51 times.
In civilian life he worked as a plumber.

Attaquant en début de carrière, il a inscrit deux buts lors du match décisif qui a octroyé le titre junior 1972 au Furuset IF.
Connu comme un artiste sur la glace qui a réalisé les mouvements les plus fous que l'on puisse imaginer.
Dans une rencontre de championnat en 1984 à domicile contre Stjernen, il s'est retrouvé seul devant la cage vide à 12 secondes de la sirène. Il s'est alors mis à plat ventre et a marqué avec son nez, sous les acclamations du public local.
Il a remporté le Gullpucken de meilleur joueur norvégien en 1984.
Il termina sa carrière en Division 2 avec Follo en 1993.
Il devint entraîneur de Vålerenga en 1994. 51 sélections en équipe de Norvège.
Dans la vie civile, il était plombier.
