Five-time Danish league champion (four with Herning and one with Frederikshavn). Missed two titles with Herning when he played two years of junior hockey in Canada (1993-95).
Voted as the Danish player of the year in 2001.
Represented Denmark 99 times. The highlight of his international playing career was scoring against Canada (2-2) at the 2003 World Championships.
Retired in 2006 due to a nagging back. Worked as a car salesman but also coached in hockey.
Father of Oscar Fisker Mølgaard.

Cinq fois champion du Danemark (quatre avec Herning et un avec Frederikshavn), il a manqué deux titres de Herning en partant deux ans en junior au Canada (1993-95).
Élu joueur danois de l'année en 2001.
Il totalise 99 sélections avec la Danemark. Le point culminant de sa carrière internationale fut son but égalisateur contre le Canada (2-2) à l'occasion des Mondiaux 2003.
Retraité en 2006 à cause d'une blessure récurrente au dos.
Vendeur de voitures dans la vie civile, il fut également entraîneur de hockey.
Père de Oscar Fisker Mølgaard.
