Originally a product of his home town of Galati. Moved to Bucharest in 1978.
Moroşan won two league titles with Dinamo Bucureşti in 1979 and 1981.
He usually played on left defense and was a Romanian league All-Star in 1981/82.
His best offensive seasons came in 1977/78 (28-27-11-38), 1980/81 (35-13-13-26), 1981/82 (35-14-15-29).
He didn’t score a lot of points on the national team, but was appreciated for his positional play and calmness under pressure.
Was an integral part of the Romanian national team for a decade.

Issu de la ville de Galati, il est parti à Bucarest en 1978.
Moroşan a remporté deux championnats de Roumanie avec le Dinamo Bucarest en 1979 et 1981.
Il jouait essentiellement sur le flanc gauche de la défense et fut dans l'équipe type du championnat en 1981/82.
Ses meilleures saisons offensives étaient 1977/78 (28-27-11-38), 1980/81 (35-13-13-26), 1981/82 (35-14-15-29).
Peu prolifique en équipe nationale, mais apprécié pour son positionnement et son calme sous la pression.
Joueur clé de la sélection pendant une décennie.
