Also a precision passer and very dangerous around the net. Thrived in fast paced games.
His most memorable goal was the overtime winner against Finland at the 1999 World Championships, giving the Czechs the world championship title.
Still active as a player past his 40th birthday.

Un joueur offensif talentueux. Bon patineur avec une splendide technique à la crosse. Rapide tir du poignet.
Egalement un passeur de précision et très dangereux autour du filet. Se déployait dans les matchs à rythme rapide.
Son but le plus mémorable fut le but vainqueur en prolongation contre la Finlande aux Mondiaux de 1999, donnant aux Tchèques le titre de champion.
Toujours actif avec ses 40 ans passés.
