Technically skilled center who also played on the right wing. Strong and hard-working skater.
Played almost his whole career along his 18-month-older brother Ondřej Kovařčík. Also stepbrother of Tomáš Fleischmann.
Czech junior champion 2016 and Czech champion 2019, 2021 and 2022 with Třinec.
Debuted with Czech national team in Finland on November 9, 2019.
Played two years in Mikkeli with his brother and a third year in Finland without him. He was close to win 2024/25 Liiga scoring title.
He was the 13th or 14th forward in the 2026 World Championships. He played only two games as the fourth line center.

Centre techniquement doué qui peut aussi jouer à l'aile droite. Bon travail de patinage.
Il a joué presque toute sa carrière aux côtés de son frère aîné Ondřej Kovařčík, plus âgé d'un an et demi. Beau-frère de Tomáš Fleischmann.
Champion tchèque junior 2016, puis senior en 2019, 2021 et 2022 avec Třinec.
Débuts en équipe nationale tchèque le 9 novembre 2019 en Finlande.
Il a passé deux saisons chez les Jukurit de Mikkeli avec son frère et une troisième année finlandaise sans lui, tout proche de finir meilleur marqueur de la Liiga 2024/25 dans une saison difficile pour les Kärpät.
13e ou 14e attaquant aux championnats du monde 2026, il n'entre en jeu que dans deux rencontres, comme centre de la quatrième ligne.
