Born and grew up in Astana.
Skilled and nifty winger who decided to move to USA and play hockey there when he was 20 years old.
He led Sioux Falls Stampede (USHL) in points during the preseason and had a good season with them in 2017/18.
He moved back to Kazakhstan after one year and continued playing there and in Russia.
Panyukov represented Kazakhstan in all age categories.
He helped Kazakhstan earn a gold medal at the 2025 Asian Winter Games.

Né et élevé à Astana.
Ailier talentueux et astucieux, il a décidé de déménager aux États-Unis pour y jouer au hockey à 20 ans.
Il a mené le Stampede de Sioux Falls (USHL) au classement des points lors de la présaison et a connu une bonne saison avec eux en 2017-2018.
Il est retourné au Kazakhstan après un an et a continué à jouer là-bas, puis en Russie.
Panyukov a représenté le Kazakhstan dans toutes les catégories d'âge.
Il a aidé cette sélection à remporter une médaille d'or aux Jeux asiatiques d'hiver de 2025.
