Good skater with a powerful shot from the blueline. Read the play well.
Versatile player who was used mostly as a defenseman but could also play as a forward, like he did in Nagano Olympics.
He first played for Salavat Yulaev Ufa before going to Poland and Podhale Nowy Targ in 1993.
There he played for a few years until briefly emerging with CSKA Moscow.
He then played in Scandinavia until finishing his career in Belarus 2005.
Scored 475 (182+293) career points in 617 games. Became a hockey coach.

Bon patineur, puissant tir de la bleue, doté d'une lecture clairvoyante du jeu.
Défenseur de son état, il pouvait dépanner devant, comme il le fit au cours des Jeux olympiques de Nagano.
A fait ses débuts au Salavat Yulaev Ufa avant de partir dès 1993 en Pologne, à Nowy Targ, club qu'il quitte au bout de quelques années pour une pige au CSKA Moscou.
Poursuit par un tour de Scandinavie avant de réapparaître au Bélarus, à Gomel puis au Yunost Minsk, dont il défend la tunique jusqu'en 2005.
617 matches et 475 points (182+293). Devenu entraîneur du Shakhter Soligorsk, toujours au Bélarus.
