Modest size (182 cm). Very mobile and athletic goaltender with solid technical skills.
He doesn't always read the play very well, which can lead him to a not perfect positioning.
Finnish champion 2019 with HPK. Then he signed a two-way contract with the Pittsburgh Penguins but only played in the minors and wanted to move forward after these two tough years.
Swedish champion 2023 with Växjö, when he became the first goaltender to get playoff MVP honors.
Since late 2017 he has tried to eat only vegeterian food if possible.

Gardien de taille modeste (182 cm), très mobile et athlétique, avec de bonnes qualités techniques.
Sa lecture des actions présente des lacunes quand le jeu s'accélère, ce qui peut affecter son placement.
Champion de Finlande 2019 avec HPK, il a alors signé un contrat à deux volets avec les Pittsburgh Penguins mais n'a joué qu'en ligues mineures et a souhaité tirer un trait sur ces deux années difficiles.
Champion de Suède 2023 avec Växjö, premier gardien à être élu meilleur joueur des play-offs.
Végétarien depuis fin 2017, il mange toutefois du poisson et des œufs et s'autorise des dérogations quand il n'y a pas d'autres options.
