Briefly played as a (right) winger but was primarily a defenseman.
From 1947 he played for Diavoli Rossoneri Milano and then from 1950/51 Milano Inter, winning four straight titles between 1948 and 1951.
Sent back to Italy during 1948 Olympic games because he violated the 10 PM curfew.
Won a fifth league title in 1952/53 but had to miss the World championships because he got injured in the last training session. Retired in 1957.

Il joua brièvement ailier (droit) mais était principalement défenseur.
À partir de 1947 il joua pour les Diavoli Rossoneri de Milan puis en 1950/51 au Milano Inter. Champion quatre ans de suite de 1948 à 1951.
Renvoyé en Italie pendant les Jeux olympiques de 1948 parce qu'il n'avait pas respecté le couvre-feu de 22 heures.
Il remporta un cinquième titre en 1952/53 mais se blessa au dernier entraînement avant les championnats du monde. Retraité en 1957.
