Right-shooting defenceman who keeps it simple and always chooses the right solution. Drafted in the NHL by Edmonton Oilers in 1987.
Champion in Denmark (Rødovre 1985, 1986), Sweden (Färjestad 1988) and Austria (Feldkirch 1998).
Also amazingly won the European Hockey League in 1998 with Feldkirch.
Ended his national team days in 2004 so that he could spend more time with his family.
Talked into a comeback for the 2010 World Championships, but declined the invitation for 2011.
Retired in 2012. Became a hockey coach, then Danish Ice Hockey Union sports director.

Défenseur droitier au jeu simple qui choisit toujours la bonne solution. Drafté en NHL par les Edmonton Oilers en 1987.
Champion au Danemark (Rødovre 1985, 1986), en Suède (Färjestad 1988) et en Autriche (Feldkirch 1998).
Il est aussi devenu de manière étonnante champion d'Europe en 1998 avec Feldkirch.
Il a mis fin à sa carrière internationale en 2004 pour passer plus de temps avec sa famille.
Convaincu de revenir pour les championnats du monde 2010, mais il a décliné l'invitation en 2011.
Retraité en 2012. Il est devenu entraîneur, puis directeur sportif de la fédération danoise de hockey sur glace.
