Played from 3 to 9 in Mariánské Lázně together with Jiří Sekáč. Flek then played in Karlovy Vary until he was 11, continuing in Plzeň.
As a teenager Flek quit hockey as he felt that there was no progress and he was stuck behind the best. He played some floorball before getting back to hockey again.
Small speedster who bothers his opponents with his relentless skating. Good at covering the puck while at full speed.
His excellent skating has always been his greatest asset. His hands are less skilled and his scoring ability is limited.
World champion 2024 in Prague. He couldn't take part to the final celebration because he fell ill just before the quarter final and had no contact with his teammates afterwards to prevent any contagion.
Captained Kometa Brno to Czech championship in 2025 and was playoffs top goalscorer.

Il a joué de 3 à 9 ans ans à Mariánské Lázně avec Jiří Sekáč, puis deux saisons à Karlovy Vary, puis à Plzeň.
Adolescent, Flek a arrêté le hockey parce qu'il estimait ne pas progresser et être barré par meilleur que lui. Il a joué au floorball avant de revenir à la glace.
Petit bolide (172 cm, 74 kg) qui gêne ses opposants avec son patinage sans relâche. Doué pour garder le palet à pleine vitesse.
Son excellent patinage a toujours été son atout majeur, mais il est moins efficace des mains quand il s'agit de marquer.
Champion du monde 2024 à Prague sans avoir pu célébrer le titre avec l'équipe : il est tombé malade le matin du quart de finale et a dû être écarté pour éviter toute contagion.
Capitaine du Kometa Brno champion tchèque 2025 et meilleur buteur des play-offs.
