Came into ice hockey when JKH Jastrzębie organized a discovery training in his primary school. Then he convinced his parents to have him enrolled. He learnt hockey along with fellow defenceman Mateusz Bryk and they became Polish junior champions together in 2007.
His childhood idols were football (soccer) players Rivaldo and Zinedine Zidane.
Polish champion 2018, 2019 (ending his three-year stint in Tychy) and 2021 (back with his home club Jastrzębie along with Bryk). Five-time Polish cup winner.

Venu au hockey sur glace par un stage de découverte organisé à son école primaire par le JKH Jastrzębie, il a alors convaincu ses parents de l'inscrire. Il a été formé en même temps qu'un autre futur défenseur international, Mateusz Bryk, et ils sont devenus champions de Pologne juniors ensemble en 2007.
Ses idoles d'enfance étaient les footballeurs Rivaldo et Zinedine Zidane.
Champion de Pologne 2018, 2019 (à la fin de son passage de trois ans au GKS Tychy) et 2021 (de retour avec son club d'origine Jastrzębie en même temps que Bryk). Cinq fois vainqueur de la coupe.
