Elias Lindholm began playing hockey at 3 in Hanover, Germany where his father Mikael, a former NHL player, played at the time.
Cousin of Calle Järnkrok. Decent two-way forward competing well in all three zones.
Excellent versatility up front with plenty of skill. Not afraid to work hard and do some of the dirty work along the boards.
Only average strength at best and not the ideal size for the center position in the NHL.
In his fourth ever NHL game he became the youngest Swedish NHL-goal scorer ever at 18 years and 311 days, beating Gabriel Landeskog and his previous record, which was 18 years and 324 days.
His third name Zebulon was given to him because his father was a huge fan of the mini TV-series character Zebulon “Zeb” Macahan in How the West Was Won that aired in the late 1970s.
Named on media all-star team at the 2025 World Championships in Stockholm.

Cousin de Calle Järnkrok. Attaquant dans les deux sens, compétent dans les trois zones.
Grande polyvalence offensive avec beaucoup de technique. Il ne craint pas le travail, ni le sale boulot dans les bandes.
Quelques lacunes de force, et pas le gabarit idéal pour jouer centre dans la NHL.
Lorsqu'il marque son premier but à son quatrième match de NHL le 10 octobre 2013, il devient le plus jeune buteur suédois en NHL à 18 ans et 311 jours, battant de 13 jours le précédent record détenu par Gabriel Landeskog.
Son troisième prénom Zebulon lui fut donné par son père, grand fan du personnage de série télévisée Zebulon “Zeb” Macahan dans "la conquête de l'ouest", diffusée à la fin des années 1970.
Nommé sur l'équipe-étoile des journalistes au Mondial 2025 à Stockholm.
