Great hockey pedigree in the family. Son of ex-NHL’er František Musil.
Grandson of Jaroslav Holik and greatnephew of Jiří Holik, both longtime members of the Czechoslovakian national team.
Also, his uncle Bobby Holik was a longtime NHL-player. His younger brother Adam Musil also represented the Czech Republic.
He was drafted in the NHL by Edmonton Oilers in 2011 and played 4 games with them in April 2015 (2 assists) in the middle of four years in the AHL.
Good-sized defenseman and a strong character-guy just like his father.
