Grew up idolizing Sidney Crosby.
Italian U-12) and U-15) champion with Appiano.
Went to Salzburg at the age of 15. He entered the Red Bulls Hockey Academy.
Austrian league champion with Salzburg in 2016 and 2022.
Dual Italian and Austrian passport. He once hinted he wanted to play for Austria but eventually played for Italy. In 2022 he got a derogation to play as an Austrian for Salzburg despite not being eligible for Team Austria because he played international tournaments for Italy.
He doesn't display great skills but leads by example. He uses his good size very well along the boards, in front of the net or to block shots in penalty killing.

Parti à Salzbourg à 15 ans pour intégrer la Red Bulls Hockey Academy.
Champion d'Autriche avec Salzbourg en 2016 et 2022.
Il acquiert un passeport autrichien à l'été 2015 en plus de sa nationalité italienne. Il annoncé alors vouloir jouer pour l'Autriche mais est finalement sélectionné avec l'Italie. En 2022 il obtient une dérogation pour ne pas être considéré comme étranger à Salzbourg même s'il n'est alors pas éligible en équipe d'Autriche compte tenu des compétitions récentes jouées avec l'Italie.
Il n'a pas de grandes qualités techniques mais montre l'exemple et utilise très bien son gabarit (191 cm, 92 kg) dans les duels, devant la cage adverse ou pour bloquer les tirs en infériorité numérique.
